General principles
- Any payment is strictly for what it is intended to be. We will not ask for extra fees on top of what you already paid.
- Not knowing how to use a device like your computer is not grounds for a refund.
- Please read the guide at rentry.co/3dffoptions and understand that we use FTP for downloads.
How the service works
- Downloading is simple: you log in with a username and password, then download what you want from FTP.
- For streaming, you can:
- Use an Android app that signs into FTP and streams directly, or
- Use rclone on a PC and stream from your mounted remote.
- We will help you with anything that involves connecting to and using our service.
- This does not include teaching basic computer skills.
Internet speed and streaming limits
- These are large files, with an average size of about 30 GB.
- If you have a slow connection, especially under around 100 Mbps, streaming such large files can be difficult or not realistic in real time.
- If you cannot stream smoothly at a low speed, that is a limitation of your connection. It is not a server problem.
When refunds may apply
- Refunds are at our discretion.
- Refunds are most likely when:
- You accidentally paid twice or were double charged, or
- We are not able to deliver the service on our end.
- If you contact us through our payment provider Square for anything at all, we will issue a refund and will not continue doing business with you. Square is not a valid way to contact us.
By placing an order you confirm that you have read and understood this refund policy and the usage guide linked above.
