Why We Discontinued Free Samples

We previously offered free sample downloads so potential subscribers could preview the quality of our 3D movie collection before committing. Unfortunately, this well-intentioned offering ended up causing more problems than it solved.

Issues We Encountered:

  • Users mistakenly thought we used low-quality, ad-filled upload hosts for our actual service — we don't
  • People assumed they had to pay to access the samples, which defeated the entire purpose
  • Almost nobody read our instructions about using JDownloader2 or ad blockers for the smoothest experience
  • Support tickets and troubleshooting requests skyrocketed over issues unrelated to our actual service

To be clear: Our actual subscriber experience is completely different. Subscribers get direct access to our servers with simple login credentials — no shady file hosts, no ads, no hassle. The free samples were hosted externally purely because we couldn't offer guest access to our private servers.

After weighing the pros and cons, we decided the confusion wasn't worth it. The samples were misrepresenting what our service actually looks like, and that's the opposite of what we intended.

🔮 Might They Return?

We're exploring the possibility of bringing free samples back in the future using Gofile or similar reliable hosts — once we figure out a way to prevent the files from being removed. No promises, but it's on our radar. Join our Telegram for updates if that happens!
