🔌 Can You Play Pirated PCVR Games Online?

Usually no — most pirated games can't connect to official servers. If multiplayer or online is a must for you, you must buy the game.

Exception: Games using Online Fix — a Russian mod site allowing LAN/fake-multiplayer:

Works best if everyone uses the pirated version
May require you to be logged into Steam/Epic with a free game in library
Use at your own risk, but many people use it on main accounts

Move SETUP.7z to C:\
Right-click → 7-Zip → Extract Here
This creates C:\ARMGDDN Browser
Create 2 folders, one to download in and one to install games.
Examples:

C:\Downloads
C:\Games

Open "Windows Security"
Go to Virus & Threat Protection
Click Manage Settings
Scroll → Exclusions → Add Folder
Add:
- C:\Downloads
- C:\Games
- C:\ARMGDDN Browser
Open C:\ARMGDDN Browser
Double-click INSTALL.bat
If extensions are hidden, fix this in Folder View settings
Follow on-screen prompts
Look for the shortcut on your desktop and launch using this shortcut

If the shortcut didn't appear:

Open ARMGDDNBrowser.cmd manually
Or right-click → Send to Desktop → Create shortcut

📥 Using the Browser & Installing Games

Opening the Browser:

Double-click the desktop shortcut
Choose one of the following mirrors:

PC 1 to PC 3 → Flat PC Games
PCVR 1 to PCVR 3 → PCVR Games
3D Printer Models, Pirated PC Apps, or Untested

"Quota" error? Just use a different mirror. PC 1 and PCVR 1 are most likely to go over the daily quota (20 TB per mirror, per day) , try mirrors 2 or 3. If all mirrors are over quota, try again tomorrow.

Click arrow next to a mirror name to view contents
Click "Modified" (twice) to sort newest → oldest if you want to see whats new, this will change from A-Z sorting.
Type quickly to jump to a specific letter (in A-Z sorting)
No full search — just quick nav, you can also use the rentrys: The Rentry Showing All PCVR Games Currently, The Rentry Showing All PC Games Currently, The Rentry Showing All PCVR Games Currently in Need of an Update (Steam only), and The Rentry Showing All PC Games Currently in Need of an Update (Steam only).

⬇️ Downloading a Game

Right-click game → Download
DO NOT:
- Change task name
- Use sync/move
- Add to queue
You CAN:
- Change Download Location
- Change Transfer amount
Just click Run and wait

Monitor your job under the Jobs tab

🗂 Extracting Game Files

Go to: C:\Downloads\Your Game Folder

If there's only a .7z file: Right-click → 7-Zip → Extract Here
If you see .7z.001, extract that file only

Wait until all files are unpacked.

🖥 Installing the Game

Run the .exe installer
(Usually AGRepackInstaller.exe)
Pick language → follow prompts
Game installs to X:\Games\Your Game by default. Change to your excluded game folder
Shortcuts will be auto-created

🎯 Using the Correct Shortcut

🧠 Why Use the Shortcuts?

Each VR game has unique startup flags (launch arguments). The shortcuts are custom-built for your setup:

(VD) — Launches via Virtual Desktop
(Meta) — For Quest Link / Air Link
(SteamVR) — Default for all other setups or if there is no Meta shortcut

Don't just "Add to Steam" unless you know how to set the launch arguments yourself.

🪄 Which Shortcut Should You Use?

Quest Headsets:

Use (VD) if you own Virtual Desktop (BEST)
Use (Meta) for Quest Link or Air Link
If you don't see (Meta), use (SteamVR)

Other Headsets:

SteamVR-native (Valve Index, PSVR2/BSB) → Use (SteamVR)
Pico → Use (VD) if possible, otherwise try others
WMR → SteamVR shortcut works on most supported Windows versions

🧪 What Is VDXR?

OpenXR is a universal VR standard. If you use Virtual Desktop, it includes its own VDXR runtime — more lightweight and faster than SteamVR or Meta Link.

How to enable:

Open Virtual Desktop Streamer
Go to Options
Set OpenXR Runtime to VDXR

This lets you launch OpenXR games with zero overhead — no SteamVR or Meta Link needed. BOTH apps need to be installed still, however.
